I was with Direct Line before and moved to another company. That was an error. Lets just say I have had problems getting paid out on a perfectly legit claim.
Excellent coverage from a reputable company.
Good price and nice benefits package
Not overly impressed with the customer service I received but saying that I think I might have just had a bad experience as everyone else I know has had no problmes
Not had to claim
